Documents, personal data, natural keys and scoring stay off-chain. Nothing on the ledger identifies a property or a person.
Never custody
Property Vault never holds keys, client money or physical goods. Anything that is an investment goes through regulated partners.

Three status labels, used exactly. British English, short sentences, a source and date beside every number. A sentence that cannot survive diligence is cut.

Engineering and compliance work well remotely; the company is based in Leeds, UK, and work with Organisations - agents, conveyancers, insurers - is often in person in Yorkshire. Remote work here is written-first: decisions, specs and rulings live in the repo.
What makes the ledger work here different?
The record works without the ledger. The XRP Ledger carries anchors, pointers and issuer credentials - never documents, personal data or title - on features live on mainnet today (XLS-20/46, XLS-70). Integrity anchoring runs as a rehearsal on the XRPL testnet: Merkle roots of keyed commitments are written to the test network, which can be reset, and listed on the public anchor page; mainnet anchoring is on the roadmap, subject to approvals. Taking it to mainnet is the first XRPL job.
What do roles at Property Vault involve?
Homes are live in pilot, so the first operating role sits with Yorkshire agents and conveyancers running the Sale-Ready Passport. Watches and jewellery are the next class, then Vehicles, so the record outgrows proptech as the team grows.
