Bloodstock records and the assets
nobody else records, recorded properly.

Racehorses, stallions and broodmares with pedigree, equine passport, vet records, prize money and breeding rights; farmland, livestock, timber and equipment; excavators, cranes, forklifts and printing presses; servers and specialist computing; hotels, holiday parks and car parks. If it has an owner, a value and a document trail, it belongs in a Vault - bloodstock records first, because nowhere else keeps them whole.

Farmland itself sits in land records; energy plant in the infrastructure asset register; a business holds several in one Business Vault - asset register software for premises, plant and stock.

What the Vault holds

Equine passport, plant number, paper trail - sealed.

Each Vault begins with the asset's natural key - held off-chain, never published. Racehorse ownership records start with the equine passport and microchip; plant and equipment records with the serial or plant number; a hotel or car park with its register reference.

Documents are hashed on upload and given an integrity receipt; originals are kept and corrections are stored as new versions.

Who registers, who reads

Issued by those who did the work. Read by those who carry the risk.

Who registers

  • Trainers, vets and studs - examinations, results and coverings against the equine passport, building the bloodstock records a syndicate relies on.
  • Dealers and hire companies - plant and equipment records: service and thorough-examination certificates against the serial.
  • Surveyors and operators - inspections, valuations, site registers.

Who reads, under scope

  • Owners and syndicates - every member sees the same record and receipts.
  • Lenders - inspections and leases beside the valuation, under a lender-valuer scope.
  • Insurers - schedule, inspection history and insurance claim evidence in one read.
Verified History and Vault Score for this class

Bloodstock records, foal to stud. The same published engine.

Racehorse ownership records, foal to stud - evidence and issuer per stage:

Vault Score

A verification score - whether the documents exist, who issued them and that they are unaltered since issue; never a valuation, a credit input or a judgement of the work.

The verification score method, published

Verified History

Every event, document and owner, sealed on upload and graded by who issued it.

How Verified History builds asset provenance
Tokenise and finance

Three structures, each through a regulated issuer.

Property Vault Markets - tokenised ownership, collateral and lending for verified real-world assets on the XRP Ledger - launches through regulated partners, subject to regulatory approvals. Roadmap · subject to approvals

BloodstockA syndicate, recorded
Horse SPV Fractional interests Prize money and breeding rights
MachineryPlant on hire
Machine Lease Income stream Token
Parking and storageSingly or as a portfolio
Portfolio of units SPV or trust Economic-interest tokens Leases recorded

Each structure is offered only by FCA-authorised issuers or Digital Securities Sandbox participants, for assets that meet a minimum Vault Score and a clean statutory record; lending is through regulated lenders.

Property Vault supplies the Vault ID, Verified History, Vault Score and eligibility data; it never hosts an offer, gates holders, runs a venue, holds keys or moves money. A pointer token is never title; how one works is on the asset tokenisation platform page.

Launching through regulated partners, subject to regulatory approvals. This page describes a product in development. It is not an offer or a financial promotion.
Market context

Recorded in silos. Re-verified at every sale.

The record lives with whoever last handled the asset - so the buyer re-vets, the lender re-inspects and the insurer re-asks.

Where the record lives today

  • The passport at the trainer's; vet notes at the practice; results at the authority.
  • The plant register in a spreadsheet; certificates in a binder.

What a Vault changes

  • One set of bloodstock records per horse, one machinery asset register per fleet, issued by those who did the work.
  • Receipts that prove nothing has changed since issue.
  • Shared under a scope the owner grants.

No market size is quoted for this class until we hold a sourced, dated figure.

Questions

Bloodstock records and specialist asset questions.

What owners, trainers, hire companies and operators ask about recording a specialist asset in a Vault.

What are bloodstock records in Property Vault?

One Vault per horse: the equine passport and microchip number held off-chain, the pedigree, each veterinary examination, race or competition results and prize money, coverings and breeding rights, insurance and valuations - every document hashed on upload with an integrity receipt and graded by who issued it.

Does a Vault replace the equine passport?

No. The passport is issued by the passport-issuing organisation and remains the statutory document; the Vault records its number, seals a copy and builds the history around it. The statutory register always wins.

How do racehorse ownership records work for a syndicate?

Every member reads the same record and the same receipts under a scope the registered owner grants. Property Vault records the horse; it does not form, promote or sell syndicate shares - any fractional interest is offered only by a regulated issuer, launching through regulated partners, subject to regulatory approvals.

Can plant and equipment records sit beside bloodstock records?

Each asset has its own Vault ID; an Organisation sees them together in a Business Vault. A machinery asset register carries the serial or plant number, service history, thorough-examination certificates, leases and valuations, issued by the dealers, hire companies and inspectors who produced them.

What about high-value technology assets?

Servers, data-centre, telecom, mining and semiconductor equipment carry serials, warranties, maintenance logs and leases in the same shape, with the lender's and insurer's reads scoped and logged.

Is there a public register of specialist assets?

No. There is no public lookup by passport, microchip or serial number. A Vault is read only under a scope the owner grants, and every open is logged.
