Twelve real-world asset classes. Property means anything that can be owned.
Twelve classes, one record shape. If it has an identifiable owner, a verifiable value and a physical or legal existence, it can have a Vault ID - an identity for everything you own - and, where the law allows and through regulated partners, be tokenised and financed.

One physical asset register for homes, vehicles and valuables: the same Vault ID and Verified History for a terraced house in Leeds, a classic motorcycle, a cask of whisky or a solar array. Open a class to see what its Vault holds and who registers it.
Property has two sections: Homes (live in pilot) and Commercial (designed for).
The world's tangible assets, in the publishers' numbers.
Each figure is the publisher's, with its date, for the largest real-world asset classes. None is a Property Vault statistic.
What never changes across real-world asset classes, and what each class brings.
Six things are identical whether the asset is a flat, a helicopter or a cask - the same digital asset identity, the same asset provenance record, the same verification score. Four are set by the class.
Constant in every real-world asset class
- Vault IDPV-GB-{AREA}-{6 digits}. One permanent identity per asset; natural keys held off-chain; no public lookup by address or serial.
- Verified HistoryEvery event, document and owner, sealed on upload and graded by who issued it.
- Sealed documentsHashed on upload with an integrity receipt; originals kept, corrections stored as new versions.
- Vault ScoreA verification score - whether the documents exist, who issued them and that they are unaltered since issue; never a valuation, a credit input or a judgement of the work.
- Scoped sharingOwner-granted, time-limited, role-limited reads. Scopes hide documents, not history; opens are logged.
- TransferA change of owner recorded as its own event, history intact; any ledger pointer follows it and the statutory register wins. No charge for moving your own record.

If you own it, put it in your Vault.
Six stages, in order, for every real-world asset class. The first four are the record - provenance for every asset, graded by who issued it; the last two are Property Vault Markets, launching through regulated partners, subject to regulatory approvals.

Any of the twelve classes. Free for owners, private by default.
Evidence graded by who issued it; the Vault Score means the same in every class.

One real-world asset class at a time, each with the partners who register it.
A class opens when the Organisations that issue its evidence are signed, not before.

Real-world asset classes: common questions
Short answers on what the classes are, which are live and what the record never does.
What counts as a real-world asset?
Anything with an identifiable owner, a verifiable value and a physical or legal existence: a house, a parcel of land, a car, a yacht, an aircraft, a watch, a painting, a cask, a racehorse, a solar array or a royalty stream. Property Vault groups these tangible assets and rights into twelve real-world asset classes, each with its own natural keys, registering partners and stages.
Which real-world asset classes are live today?
Property is live in pilot at propertyvault.world/homes - a working app with a real verification engine, sealed documents and scoped sharing; one demonstration record is public. Watches and jewellery are the next class, then Vehicles, then Marine, each launching with the partners who register it. Every other class is designed for - register interest and we will tell you when yours opens.
Is this a physical asset register anyone can search?
No. There is no public lookup by address, registration or serial. Every Vault, in every real-world asset class, is private by default: the Owner grants time-limited, role-limited scopes, scopes hide documents rather than history, and every open is logged. It is the proof of ownership you keep and choose to show - not a register of who owns what.
Do all twelve classes use the same record?
Yes. Six things are identical in every class: the Vault ID, the Verified History, sealed documents with an integrity receipt, the Vault Score, scoped sharing and transfer with history intact. The class sets the natural key (UPRN, title number, VIN, hull number, serial, cask number), who registers, who reads and which stages the timeline expects.
Can an asset in any of these classes be tokenised through Property Vault?
Tokenisation - whole, as a pointer; or fractional, as a regulated instrument - is offered only by FCA-authorised issuers or Digital Securities Sandbox participants for assets that meet a minimum Vault Score and a clean statutory record. Property Vault supplies the Vault ID, Verified History, Vault Score and eligibility data; it never hosts an offer, gates holders, runs a venue, holds keys or moves money. Launching through regulated partners, subject to regulatory approvals - see the asset tokenisation platform.
Does Property Vault hold the goods, the keys or the money?
No. Property Vault never holds keys, client money or physical goods. The record points at the asset; the asset stays where it is, with its Owner, and the statutory register wins on any conflict.
Whatever you own, it starts with a Vault ID.
Owners are free. Property is live in pilot; register interest in any real-world asset class and we will tell you when yours opens.
