An infrastructure asset register,
verified down to the asset.

Solar and wind farms, battery storage, hydro, EV charging networks, data centres, roads and bridges, ports and marinas, rail, telecoms, water and waste. A Vault is the infrastructure asset register, the permits, the performance and maintenance data, the insurance and the ownership - renewable energy asset records on which an economic interest in a project can be represented through a regulated issuer.

The ground beneath a solar farm sits in land records; a project's debt, equity and income rights in royalty and rights records.

What the Vault holds

The infrastructure asset register, permits, performance, insurance - sealed.

An infrastructure Vault begins with its natural keys - site and asset-register references, grid and meter identifiers, permit numbers - held off-chain. Solar asset management data (generation, inverter and outage logs) and EV charging asset data sit beside the contracts; data centre asset records carry their equipment registers the same way.

Documents are hashed on upload and given an integrity receipt; originals are kept and corrections are stored as new versions.

Who registers, who reads

Issued by those who run it. Read by those who finance and insure it.

Owners grant every scope.

Who registers

  • Developers and operators - open the Vault and decide who reads it.
  • O&M contractors - inspections, outages and repairs as verified events.
  • Independent engineers - commissioning, condition, due diligence.

Who reads, under scope

  • Lenders - register and performance beside the valuation, under a lender-valuer scope.
  • Insurers - inspection and maintenance history as insurance claim evidence at renewal and claim.
  • Acquirers - the data room, assembled.
  • Investors in a regulated structure - through that issuer.

Vault Score

A verification score - whether the documents exist, who issued them and that they are unaltered since issue; never a valuation, a credit input or a judgement of the work.

Every event, document and owner, sealed on upload and graded by who issued it.

Tokenise and finance

Infrastructure tokenisation: an operating project, as a structure.

The founder's model for renewable energy asset tokenisation in the UK: a token is an economic interest in the project, issued by a regulated issuer through an SPV or trust - never the plant or the land. The record the issuer relies on stays live as events are recorded. Project finance is arranged by regulated lenders, who assess the same verified asset record through the Vault API. How a pointer token works is on the asset tokenisation platform page.

Property Vault supplies the Vault ID, Verified History, Vault Score and eligibility data; it never hosts an offer, gates holders, runs a venue, holds keys or moves money. A pointer token is a pointer to the record, never title; the statutory register wins.

Market context

The record exists. It is rebuilt at every event.

Financed, commissioned, insured, refinanced, sold, repowered: at every event the same permits, grid agreement, PPA, O&M record and monitoring data are collected again. The documents did not change. The data room did.

Questions

Infrastructure asset register questions.

What developers, operators, lenders and insurers ask about recording an energy or infrastructure asset in a Vault.

What is an infrastructure asset register in Property Vault?

One Vault per site or asset: the asset-register and site references, grid connection and meter identifiers and permit numbers held off-chain; planning and permits, grid agreements, PPAs and leases, O&M contracts, performance data, inspection reports, insurance schedules and valuations sealed on upload; and every event - commissioning, inspection, outage, repower, refinancing, sale - in order.

Does it replace solar asset management software?

No. Monitoring and O&M platforms run the plant; the Vault is the verified record they, the lender and the insurer can all read. Performance reports and inspection certificates are sealed as they are issued and graded by the O&M contractor or independent engineer who issued them.

Can EV charging asset data and data centre asset records use the same record?

Yes. A charging network is a fleet of sites, each with its own Vault ID and its grid, permit and maintenance history; a data centre carries its equipment register, power and cooling contracts and inspection reports in the same shape. An Organisation sees its fleet together in a Business Vault.

What does infrastructure tokenisation mean here?

A token that represents an economic interest in the project, issued by a regulated issuer through an SPV or trust - never the plant or the land, and never title. Property Vault supplies the Vault ID, Verified History, Vault Score and eligibility data; it never hosts an offer, gates holders, runs a venue, holds keys or moves money. Launching through regulated partners, subject to regulatory approvals.

How do lenders and insurers read the record?

Under a scope the owner grants: a lender-valuer scope puts the register and performance data beside the valuation; an insurer reads inspection and maintenance history at renewal and claim. Every open is logged and the scope expires. The Collateral Report for lenders is in development.

Who proves energy asset ownership?

The owner's Vault holds the SPV or company documents, leases and register entries, issued by the registrar, solicitor or network operator who produced them; the Vault Score shows how much of the file is issuer-verified rather than owner-provided. Property Vault keeps the evidence and shows who issued it. It does not decide who owns what - the statutory register does, such as HM Land Registry for a home - and it never values an asset or judges the work.
