For business · Property Vault Pro by sector

Verified asset records for business - built for the people who have to accept them.

Agents and conveyancers at listing and exchange. Claims teams at first notification. Lenders at valuation. Dealers and auction houses at the sale. Wealth managers and family offices across a whole balance sheet. Each reads a verified asset record under a scope the owner grants - and each issues the evidence that makes it trustworthy.

Two ways in

Read the record. Or issue the evidence in it.

Two ways into verified asset records for business - as a reader under the owner's scope, or as the registered professional who issues the evidence.

  1. The owner grants a scope

Agent-buyer, insurer-surveyor and solicitor today; more roles next. See what a Verified History holds.

  2. You open the record

The Verified History, the documents your role allows and the Vault Score: a verification score - whether the documents exist, who issued them and that they are unaltered since issue; never a valuation, a credit input or a judgement of the work.

  3. Or read by API

Issue Launching

Use a scheme membership you already hold. Events you confirm are sealed and weighted 0.9.

  1. Register by reference

Your scheme number is checked against the scheme.

  2. Confirm the event

Attach the certificate at its stage. Hashed and receipted.

  3. Accept the issuer terms

    Set out below.

What “registered professional” means

We register. The schemes qualify.

A registered professional is verified by reference to a scheme they already belong to, and issues verified events under issuer terms.

The schemes carry the authority; we issue no qualification of our own. Registered professionals add what no scheme covers, weighted 0.9.

Questions

Verified asset records for business: common questions.

What are verified asset records for business?

A Vault for each asset your Organisation acts on: one Vault ID, a Verified History of sealed documents and events graded by who issued them, and a Vault Score - whether the documents exist, who issued them and that they are unaltered since issue; never a valuation, a credit input or a judgement of the work. Your Organisation reads the record under a scope the Owner grants, or issues the evidence in it as a registered professional.

Who grants access to a record?

The Owner. A scope is time-limited, role-limited read access to one Vault; opens are logged; scopes hide documents, not history. Nothing is searchable by address, serial or registration - valuables are private by default.

Can my Organisation issue records as well as read them?

Yes, as a registered professional: you register by reference to a scheme membership you already hold and issue verified events under issuer terms, weighted 0.9. Scheme lookups and registration are launching; documents are kept as tamper-evident documents, hashed on upload and receipted.

Which sector page should I start with?

Estate agents and conveyancers for material information at listing; insurers for claim evidence at first notification of loss; lenders and valuers for collateral verification; dealers and auction houses for provenance at the sale; wealth managers and family offices for the Business Vault register in Property Vault Pro.
