Integrity anchoring runs as a rehearsal on the XRPL testnet: Merkle roots of keyed commitments are written to the test network, which can be reset, and listed on the public anchor page; mainnet anchoring is on the roadmap, subject to approvals.

A verification score - whether the documents exist, who issued them and that they are unaltered since issue; never a valuation, a credit input or a judgement of the work. Weights 1.0 / 0.9 / 0.7 / 0.4; owner-only evidence capped at 65.

How long is a Property Vault demo, and how is it run?
Thirty minutes on a video call, screen shared from the Homes pilot. Ten minutes on one home's record, ten on the Vault Score and scopes, ten on your sector's Pro workflow and your questions.
Do I need an account to see the Property Vault demo?
No. We share the pilot on screen. If you want to look before the call, one demonstration record is public; every real Vault is private by default.
Is it a live system or slides?
The live Homes pilot: a working app with a real verification engine, sealed documents and scoped sharing. Where a Pro workflow is still launching, we say so on screen rather than show a mock-up. How the record is built: asset provenance, sealed and graded by issuer.
Can I see the Sale-Ready Passport or the Claim Evidence Report?
Yes, in the professional admin, with their status stated: the Sale-Ready Passport is launching in Yorkshire, the Claim Evidence Report and Provenance Passport are launching, and the Collateral Report for lenders is in development.
Will you show tokenisation or lending?
On request we walk through the recorded tokenise-to-lend demonstration on XRP Ledger test networks, which uses no real assets, money or offers. Property Vault Markets launches through regulated partners, subject to regulatory approvals; it is not an offer or a financial promotion.
I am an owner, not an Organisation. Should I book?
